A. Booking confirmation

The reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving confirmation of Camping Roquetas and pay via bank transfer 50% of the final amount as an advance.

B. Cancellation policy

Cancellations must communicate exclusively via email.

• Cancellations notified 30 days before arrival date, 100% refund of the advance.
• With 20 days notice, 50% refund of the advance.
• With less than 20 days prior to arrival 0% of the advance.

The refund amount will be deducted in respect of €15 processing fee.

If the check does not occur as scheduled, unless expressly stated otherwise date the booking is canceled at 14:00 of the second day of the agreed stay.

If for reasons attributable solely to the company on the date of arrival are not available free bungalow or similar lodging alternative, without prior communication, the reservation holder shall be entitled, in addition to a full refund of the deposit, the payment the amount of one day hosting the current rates, considering the reservation canceled.

In the absence of the corresponding entry in the 3 days of the transmittal of this document, the reservation shall be considered void.

C. Other conditions

• Payment of the remaining amount will be made in full at the beginning of stay. And also it will be paid at the end of the stay made by electricity consumption.
• On arrival a security deposit of € 60.00 to respond any damage to property and equipment, which will be returned on the departure.
• No stays different from the registered persons are allowed..
• The bungalows do not have TOWELS, to be provided by the customer
• The bungalows do not have sheets, to be provided by the customer
• Check in after 15:00 in the afternoon, check out before 12:00 midday
• Pets allowed (maximum 2)
• Electricity is not included in the amount.
• In general it will be as indicated in the Internal Regulations, to be delivered to the client's arrival.
