Bookings must be cancelled in writing, by e-mail to info@campingroquetas.com, indicating the name in which the booking was made, the dates booked and the bank details (there must be the same where transfer was made). In the case of cancellations made more than 10 days before the arrival date 100% of the amount sent will be refunded.
Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days, 50% of the amount will be refunded. Less than 5 days before the arrival date will lead to the loss of 100% of the amount of the deposit sent. In any case, charge of 15€ will be made for booking administration costs.
Cancellation of bookings is also understood to include reducing the number of nights, transferring the booking to another name or non-occupation of the pitch.
